1. Service Agreement:
By booking our valeting services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Booking and Payment:
a. All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
b. A 30% booking fee will be required to secure your booking.
c. Remaining payment for the services rendered is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
d. We accept cash, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon payment methods.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
a. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in your booking fee being non refundable.
b. Failure to provide a deposit will result in your booking not being guaranteed.
c. All effort will be made to complete the job however in some circumstance due to adverse weather this may not be possible, a rebook will be arranged for the next convenient time at no extra cost.
4. Access and Parking:
a. You are responsible for ensuring that our valeting team has access to your vehicle at the agreed-upon location.
b. You must provide a safe and legal parking space for our mobile team to carry out the valeting services.
c. Any parking fees or fines incurred during the provision of our services will be your responsibility.
d. For insurance purpose we can not carry out our services on a main road or public car park unless written permission is provided.
e. We will require water and electricity to be provided for us to carry out our service.
5. Vehicle Condition:
a. You must disclose any pre-existing damage or issues with your vehicle before the commencement of the valeting service.
b. We are not liable for any damage caused to your vehicle that was not disclosed prior to the service.
c. Any price we quote over the telephone or email is only an estimate and should be used as a guide and not a guarantee. Factors such as excessive build up of vehicle contaminants can increase the time that must be spent to provide an excellent finish, and therefore small increases in cost may be necessary.
6. Liability:
a. We will take exceptional care when providing our valeting services, but we are not liable for any damage or loss to your vehicle or its contents, except in cases of negligence on our part.
b. We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by the use of any cleaning products or equipment provided by you.
7. Insurance:
a. We hold appropriate insurance coverage for public liability and damage to vehicles worked on.
b. Our insurance coverage does not extend to any personal belongings left in the vehicle during the valeting service.
8. Complaints:
a. If you have any complaints or concerns about our services, please notify us within 24 hours of the completion of the valeting service.
b. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any valid complaints.
9. Data Protection:
a. We will handle any personal information provided by you in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
b. We may use your contact details to send you marketing materials or promotions unless you opt-out.
10. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
